I have a pair from 7th grade that I wore 3 years then gave to my buddy who worked construction for 3 years in them and gave them back and said"I just can't wear them out" then he bought his own. As an adult mid twenties punker I found them in the closet and began wearing them again for a few years and still they have held up. They have camp fire burns, spots where the top has chipped off the black and shows grey underneath and I still have them in the shed in case some kid with a size 10-11 needs some cool boots. In a way though, that would be like giving someone a medal for a gift........they really didn't earn all that cool looking wear........they just wear in great. If you ever try them you will fall in love.

I love these boots. They do run a bit big. I usually wear between a 6.5 and a 7, I thought because boots can be tight, I would get the 7. I should have gotten the 6.5 or even a 6. Also, like any new leather boots like these, they take some time to break in. Let's just say, I won't be sneaking up on anyone anytime soon in these. Very squeaky.

Excellent customer service from this seller! They run a bit big, so the 1st pair I ordered were too big, but the return process was easy and I received the smaller pair the next day! This style is a bit more rigid than the classic 1460, so you definitely need to wear thick socks while breaking them in.

I bought this ones in size 7 because there was no 1/2 sizes, they looked a little vig on my feet, but I wanted them for cold weather so thick socks would do the trick of getting them fit, but even a little loose, the tongue part was stiched and folded weird that it hurt the top of my feet. I mostly return them for that and also because after like half an hour of trying them at home one of them had a big crease on top and the other didn't so either both crease or none,so it looked odd. Got my money back and haven't reorder.

Love love love my boots! I can dress them up or down. First time having a pair of docs since high school. Very happy!

I LOVE HOW IT FITS. I REALLY LOVE THESE BOOTS. HOWEVER, THERE IS A SLIGHT ISSUE. THEY MAKE NOISES WHEN I WALK.
