Using it for an outdoor shower. Rain shower head works very nicely and the handheld wand connection is not plastic but rust resistant metal. It looks nice water pressure great the horrible part no hot water the water heater is fairly new I have hot water at entire home except shower there is no phone number or contact to talk to someone
