Shipment of a high quality product in a defective and unusable condition
The product is excellent since I have used it before. However the can that were shipped to me had been opened though the balls were new. However, their strength and pressure left them unusable for any game of tennis. That was a shame and it has left me wary in ordering any further supplies.
