Which gold eagle is in this set??? Wings up or wings down

Purchased the one with Gold ball. All the parts worked fine and looks good.

Does the nut attach to the ball from underneath the pulley housing?

No the nut is on top and you titan it down to the top plate of the pully assembly. This allows you to adjust the ball height.

What size (diameter) are the inset screws (bolts) to the flag pole pulley truck? i need longer ones. - thanks

For the cap, ours came in as M6 with a 1.00 pitch. This is for the three set screws to fasten the cap to the pole.

How is it meant to swivel 360 if you have to screw it to the top of the flagpole?

The 2 snap clips that attach to the flag grummets swivel 360 to prevent tangling. Excellent and simple system.
