Excellent helped with my condition a lot

Quick to arrive. Started the supplement straight away and had results in 24 hours. Should have done this 20 years ago. A lifetime of toilet issues, and now I go each day. I have combined a higher amount of fiber in my diet plus one supplement and it seems to be a good balance for me.

I have preferred taking psyllium husk as a method of increasing dietry fibre ever since trying a P&B cleanse. Although the husk can be removed from the gel capsules and combined with water before being swallowed, I would suggest you only do this if you really have to. It is much easier to swallow a few loaded capsules than swallowing a gel like substance that even as you are trying to swallow it is thickening like all paper paste in your mouth- but each to their own. I chose this brand as it contains the addition of inulin, a beneficial pre-biotic, and powdered aloe vera known for its healing qualities in the stomach and gut. It does state the maximum serving size is 2 capsules but you can use more if your body needs it (for example I take 4 a day) I'd recommend increasing the does slowly over tuime until you find the amount that works for you (and you will know when it is working). It is amazing what a difference having a healthy and free moving gut can do for the body and I wouldn't do without these in my daily routine. The supplement facts are as follows: Serving size: 2 capsules daily Servings per container: 120 Ingredient/ amount per serving (2 capsules) Psyllium husk/ 700mg Inolin/ 235mg Aloe Vera Extract 200:1/15mg Flaxseed Powder/50mg (capsule is made from vegetable cellulose) Came with a Best Before date of April 23. It is VITAL that you do not take this with any prescribed medication as it can interfer with their absorbtion, if you can take it a good few hours after any other medication and with plenty of water.

The capsules are a convenient way to take psyllium husk and I chose these for the flaxseed and aloe vera addition. After about a week of settling in, they have been quite effective and the suggested dosage is a good level on a daily basis compared to similar products.

The front of this bottle implies that you get 240 1000mg tablets, when in fact upon opening and comparing the size of the tablets to some 750mg fibre tablets I already have, I realised that these are 500mg tablets, with two required to make up the 1000mg 'serving'. It's hard not to see this as wilfully misleading from NaturesZest and therefore I will be extremely cautious over ordering their products in future. Not the bargain it appears to be once you realise you've only got half the amount of product that you thought!

Contains a decent amount of soluble and insoluble fibre which are required when also taking multi-biotics in order create good gut flora and fauna

Once you get used to the taste they’re fine. They taste a bit “earthy” but they very good for topping up with fibre and keeping your system active.
