Started my macaron journey and wanted to be ready with everything that I need. These silicone baking mats make my life easier by allowing me to pipe them more evenly. Silicon mats are so easy to clean and you don’t have to waste a bunch of parchment paper every time you bake. I was able to make two dozen at the same time. The piping bags work like they are supposed. I like that they came with different piping tips so I can use them for other baking goods. They were simple enough to clean ( just need to flip them inside out to really get everything out and cleaned with warm water. Looking forward to making more macarons this year!

I purchased the two full size mats and a quarter of another one, meaning I was supposed to get three mats total, but I only received two. Everything else was included. The mats are good quality. Haven’t tried them yet, but they look good.
