I’ve been using the TP-Link POE160S PoE+ Injector to power an Omada Access Point, and it’s been a solid, no-nonsense piece of kit. Setup couldn’t be simpler - Ethernet cable to the LAN port, connect the PoE port to the access point, and you’re up and running. It delivered power to my Omada AP instantly and has been completely stable ever since. One of the biggest advantages is avoiding the need for a full PoE switch. If you’re only running one Access Point, this injector is a much more cost-effective solution. It provides enough power for PoE+ devices, so even more demanding APs will be fine. Build quality feels decent for the price—compact, lightweight, and it doesn’t run hot. I’ve had it running continuously, and it’s been reliable with no dropouts or power interruptions. The only minor downside is that it’s just a single-port injector, so it’s not scalable if you plan to expand your network significantly you would be better off with a multi output POE+ switch but for a simple home or small office setup, it’s perfect. Overall, a dependable and affordable way to power any access point without investing in a PoE switch. Recommended if you want something simple that just works.

I bought this TP-Link POE160S PoE+ Injector to power my wireless access point, and it works perfectly. This is a cracking little PoE injector. I've been running an IP camera through it for a couple of months now and it's been absolutely flawless in its performance. It's not the prettiest of things, but it feels robust and solid, and you're probably going to hide it behind a desk or something anyway. You can pay more for one of these, but I find TP-Link devices to be of excellent quality and value. Buy one. You wont be disappointed.

Does what is intended

Works perfectly for my use case. Wanted to install an AP for my home mesh system in the back garden and wanted the PoE injector just to use for power the AP and keep cabling to a minimum and as simple as possible. Highly recommended and reasonably priced.

電源プラグが日本国内では使用できない形状です、変換プラグも付いていません。 使用したい日よりも少し前に届いて開封し、気が付いたので電源コードのみサンワサプライ製を購入して使用しました。サンワサプライのコードで合うのかの情報もないのでひやひやものでしたが、これで何とか事なきを得ました。 日本国内で販売する製品なら当たり前に使える仕様で販売して欲しいものです。 給電機能上は問題なく使用できました。
