Musiclily LP Guitar Pickguard for Epiphone Les Paul Modern Style Electric Guitar, 3Ply Cream

This thing took forever to get to me but I know I’m reviewing the product and not the delivery process. It was not a perfect fit but it was very close to it. I took off the cream colored pick guard on my epiphone Les Paul Standard because I felt it looked so lame. I wanted to put one of the Gibson ones but that was too expensive so I just left the guitar without one. I came across and after seeing some of the reviews here it seems like it’s a hit or miss type of thing. I figured I’ll give it a shot. Setting up was simple and there’s a gap that’s a tiny gap between the pick rings and the guitar but not a big deal. For this price I’d say it’s worth it. Also it’s cool that they sent me a pick with their logo.

Great pickguard, especially for the price. Installed on an Epiphone Les Paul 100, it really compliments the overall look of the guitar. Fit wise, it was just a hair too narrow on the neck pickup, but just a quick, slight sand with the Dremel to make the pickup space a hair bigger and it fits like it was custom made for this guitar. Very satisfied!

I didn’t put this pickgaurd on a Les Paul and it still fit really well the only “problem” was it had just a small space between the pickups but that dosent bother me enough to even call it a problem, it feels like it’s made of good plastic and is very sturdy.

Very well made, just needed some very minor filing to fit around the neck pickup....I was surprised the quality is super, better than a pickguard 4 times as much!

I bought this for my Luna Apollo and it fits perfectly around the pickups, it just needs some minor reshaping in order to clear the volume knob, which is no fault of the pickguard. It's a beautiful 3-ply and is very well made, and the price is a steal compared to similar pickguards. Buy this with confidence for your Les Paul style guitars, you won't be disappointed. Musiclily also sent me an email to check if I was satisfied with my purchase, I always appreciate a vendor who takes the time to follow up on a sale. I plan on being a repeat customer, good products with a good price and service is hard to find these days.

Bought one of these for my Epiphone Les Paul, and was not happy at all with the product... First off, I ordered the red tortoise shell one, and what they offer IS NOT tortoise shell, but white plastic PRINTED with a tortoise shell pattern...giving it a very CHEAP look. Second, the screw hole on the top is not drilled properly (either they screwed up, or Epiphone did...I wonder who has better quality control?). Lastly, the space between the pickups is not cut properly and will require sanding or recurring to fit properly...3 strikes, you're out! So if you want an I'll fitting, that will make your guitar look like a cheap plastic piece of junk, then get yourself a tortoise shell pickguard...hell, get mine because I'm about to return it! 😠

This part is nice and thick like an OEM part. The edges are finished nicely. I did have to do a some trimming around the pickups to fit it to my 2020 Epiphone Les Paul Modern. The hole on the front would not line up otherwise.

I installed this on an Epiphone LP, one of the models from the 90s, along with some pickup guards that also came from Musiclily. It definitely fit, but it was a very tight fit with the other components.

Does not quite fit my Epiphone LES PAUL Classic. Needs to be cut or filed to suit. Yuck. Good quality, though. I've put it aside in my parts drawer for now.

Ha resultado perfecto para mi Les Paul Epiphone. Recomiendo su compra. Estéticamente insuperable. Las medidas de los huecos son precisas y la calidad de fabricación es más que correcta para el precio tan bajo que tienen. Buen producto de Musiclily, que en estos productos PRO siempre cumple con creces.
