Can you give zero stars?
I got to the point where it worked well and then it wouldn’t copy anything. Windows said there was mistakes on the drive. So I had them fix it. Still had mistakes. And stuff disappeared off of the drive. I tried reformatting it and it was good to a certain point, then the same thing happened again. Things disappeared. It said the drive was missing and had errors. I’m sending them back.
