Will this work to repair cracks in my pool skimmer? Is it elastic or hard like epoxy when cured?

It is elastomeric and should work well for that I would think. I used it to seal the roof seams on a 2015 GMC pickup and it worked great. Keep in mind it is self leveling so it spreads out a bit on its own.

Would this work for adhering rubber matting to a wooden and aluminum boat deck?

yes, it would work. A permanent solution would be 3M 5200 sealant. Try a small piece first!

can i use this to attach solar panels to camper roof? pnls weigh 24pnds.

I used mine for water proofing sealant while glueing down a metal flang which weighed very little. Not sure about the solar panels

Would this work in a swimming pool. I have a concrete pool that has plexiglass windows in the sides below the water level.

I believe so, we use it on the seams of our water slide that's underwater at all times.

White Caulk for the win

Best caulk I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Filled the cracks like none other. You know, I was debating the Black Caulk, because I thought it might be more filling, but the white Marine Caulk, was enough to get the job done.

Good adhesive for a boating project

I used this to attach a heavy duty rub rail on my old BW Outrage (belt and suspenders approach, I didn't trust that the screws that came with the rub rail would work). It's been six months since I did the work and it seems to be holding well. Cures somewhat quickly which makes it tricky to use on a large area in summer heat. I'd use it again before the #M product.
