Glands have unique chemicals.  When they are processed properly without heat or chemicals, these unique substances remain and are not degraded in the digestion process when consumed.  These unique chemicals send signals to the organs in our bodies.  In the case of ovarian glands, these glands send chemical signals to the male testes which are almost identical to female ovaries biologically but not functionally. As babies, up to a certain point ovaries and testes are the same until estrogen or testosterone along with other hormones and chemicals signals to them.  It has been found that ovaries can change their function and act as testes and testes can change their function and act as ovaries even in adults which was not known until recently.  That is how ovarian glands work in men.  Slowly it changes the function in the testes to that of the ovaries.  It is a process that can take 6 mos. to 5 years to become permanent.  It seems, the younger the person is the faster this conversion happens.  This is why if some stop taking these glandulars after 6 mos to a year they do not lose the gains and in some cases continue to grow more and sometimes even faster.  The testes have begun functioning as ovaries.  The only way to reverse this is to take the opposite glandular orchic or supplements like tongkat ali or d-aspartic acid with boron.  But if you stay on ovary glandulars for 1-5 years consistently things like natural supplements probably won't be able to reverse the change only orchic glandular.  Hope this helps.
