Why doesn't this state that the fleece is Soft, high-pile, Silken raschel fleece . which is what it was the last time I bought it!???

There is an issue with the picture not representing the true color and look of the fleece, the zipper is metal not plastic. Had to send it back 3 times! Decided to go shopping in person to make sure I know what I am buying.
