Will this product seal a slow leak between tire bead and rim?

I think that was where I had a leak and it worked for me. However, my leak was so slow (and I didn't remove the wheel) so, I am only fairly sure and I am not positive.

Typically 4 oz. per tire for a bicycle or jogging stroller and 8 oz. for a dirt bike or wheelbarrow. The quantity per tire is listed on the back of the bottle. Does the item come with an extention tube simular to Fix-A-Flat?

Yes. There is a clear tube that comes with the bottle. It is packaged between the label and the bottle, but it is difficult to see in the Amazon picture. Simply pull out the tube and attach to the top of the open bottle.
