I got this BBQ for my daughter & her boyfriend they love cooking and barbecues , they are very happy with it . I assembled the BBQ and it was pretty straightforward and the pics of instructions it simple to do just takes time to put it together.

Great quality, does what it says and decent price

The build was time consuming and awkward but happy with the end result. Not every part was labelled and some parts arrived bent but was able to straighten. Some nuts and bolts are located in awkward places and one screw in the burner is cross threaded. Don't try to assemble with young children present as they may learn some new cuss words. Once built, its very versatile. Managed to cook for thirteen people with lots of different meats using gas and coals. The ability to adjust the height of the charcoal burner is brilliant and allows you to cook the meat through without burning as the coals change temperature. The burner is handy, not used the smoker yet. Easy to clean. Looking forward to more family BBQ's

Awkward to put together, but brilliant and looks much more valuable than it cost.

This product arrived on time in good condition, following the instructions made the putting together quite straightforward, quality of bbq very good really pleased

Fantastic experience with CosmoGrill.The dual bbq is a fantastic piece of kit, you couldn’t fault it.Had a slight issue with a very small area on the chimney missing the powder coating. Contacted customer service and immediately they replaced the chimney. Zandra from CS is outstanding. I would highly recommend CosmoGrill and am looking forward to many years of outdoor cooking.Thank you

Hard to unbox on your own but if you tip the boxes on their side after removing the heavy bits you can slide them out, not all parts are labelled but most are recognisable from the drawing. Tickiest parts for me were the charcoal grill arm assembly - you have to go in through the smoker hole to get the thing together - instructions for this bit were awful - even chat GPT said so lol - put the back of the arm in the bracket at the back first then slightly lift the charcoal tray arm to line up the other bracket. Lids are not very heavy which is a shame but it looks great, now off to B & Q for gas and charcoal -
