Which of these sauces is the main one used in "guyo pinto" the black bean and rice staple of cr?

I hope it’s OK to sort of put a question rather than an answer here: I was also wondering which of the Lizano sauces is the one that they use in gallo pinto. The two seem very similar and maybe they use either one.
