I’m pretty active and train regularly, and I was mainly looking for something that could reduce fatigue. VKTRY insoles surprised me—more support than a typical insole and a real energy return feeling when I push off. My feet and legs feel fresher after workouts, especially after high-impact sessions. They’re firm at first, but after a short break-in period they’ve been comfortable and supportive. Solid quality and they fit well in my sneakers .

Skeptical at first for the price but worth every dollar. I do a lot of work on my feet with protection dogs and constantly moving around and running. These fit perfectly in my Solomon shoes and now they feel even better than before. Will definitely be getting more insoles for other shoes!

This is all my 17 year old wanted for Christmas. He plays volleyball and cant wait to get out on the court and put these to use. He says they are comfortable, perfect fit (size 13 mens) and the quality is unmatched. They are perfect thickness to be able to remove the inside soles of his volleyball shoes and slide right in. They do not smell (so far) but he will be keeped good care of them. He has flat feet normally and says that he feels supported in is arch more than he has every felt. You get what you pay for and the quality and function of these is money well spent. 10/10!!!

After suddenly receiving dozens of targeted ads on social media touting the almost magical abilities of the VKTRY carbon fiber insole to improve a vertical jump for sports such as basketball and volleyball, I thought I would try them. It was a minor disaster. The carbon fiber insole did not produce the "explosiveness" as advertised all over the website and packaging. Instead, the lack of cushioning and hardness led to tendonitis after just an hour of use. I was *not* going to write a review initially, but after contacting the sales team to ask how to return the product under the advertised return warranty, I was subjected to a multi-email gaslighting insisting there was nothing wrong with the product. The core argument was that the product works, and if I developed tendonitis, I must have used it incorrectly, or purchased the wrong ones. Now, I will say, I am a fairly thorough person in life. Despite looking for details on how to select the correct insole for my sports of choice, I saw nothing specifying that some had better cushioning for jumping. Also, nothing in the ads or the website or the product packaging discussed any contact with a support staff member pre-purchase to determine the best product fit. Rather than spend 30 minutes drafting various emails trying to shift blame on to each individual customer simply seeking to return an item that caused an injury, the company should fix its product, improve its website, use less generic marketing verbiage and be more precise, and redesign its social media campaign.

I recently tried carbon fiber insoles paired with new running shoes, and the results have been fantastic. While it's tough to pinpoint if it was solely the insoles or the combination, I absolutely love them. Crucially, comfort was not sacrificed at all. What's really impressive is that you can distinctly feel them working once you hit a certain speed, providing a noticeable propulsion. The proof is in the performance: I've actually shaved time off my 5-mile run. For anyone looking for an edge in their running, these insoles are definitely worth considering. And yes I understand they are expensive.

Product was shipped in a box that wasn't closed securely by anything. I dropped the box twice and the insoles came out. They could have been stolen easily.

After recent surgery to repair bunion damage on both of my feet, arch support has been altered causing running to be a real challenge. I noticed a huge improvement to my running with the first hill workout with the VKTRY insoles. The arch support, coupled with the impact absorption made a real difference in my stride. AMAZING! My son played basketball in them tonight and felt amazing in them. He said he could definitely feel the arch support. He loves the thickness. He would buy another pair in a second. They are very sturdy. They aren’t like most insoles that don’t fit. They fit very well.
