I normally use the energy tablets (green box) you can get from every Sainsbury's. They give me a sensational boost of energy and cost a peanut. Unfortunately it looks like they just stopped producing them as I wasn't able to find any in 3 shops I visited recently.Luckily this powder from Kinetica turned up and I thought I'd give it a try. It has a mix of caffeine and amino-acids and comes in two interesting flavours. I picked the berry one as I love forest fruits.The box looks really nice and professional. You have all the nutrition information at the back. It's wrapped in tight foil to ensure it's not been opened before. Upon opening - first surprise. It's half empty! Straight away I thought - they're cheating on quantity, so bad! But then I checked on scales and realized it's just the box being unnecessarily large. In this era of saving on materials?? Not cool.The good thing is it comes with a small plastic measuring scoop. You add 2 to 350ml of water, use a shaker to mix and it's good to go. You should take it around 30 mins before workout.The smell is great, I have to say the taste is to my liking too. Very much berry, with quite a bit of sourness (I love sour, one of my issues). It doesn't leave a bad aftertaste for me. It dissolves well provided you use the shaker.Does it work? Yes, although I didn't get a massive kick I expected. The mentioned Sainsbury's tablets used to do a better job.However what I do like is that the effect stretches and lasts for longer. I felt energized until the end of my workout (around 50 mins). It was a mix of weights and cardio training.I will take a star away for the huge, half empty box, and the price that puts it in a luxury products range for me. I know of at least a few boosters that are less expensive and provide same if not better results. Still it's worth looking at, and if you use other Kinetica products, it may work well together.Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.

The watermelon is sweet yet still has that subtle artificial watermelon taste to it which makes the preworkout easier and more pleasant to drink. Furthermore, this preworkout contains various amino acids and other vitamins to ensure that your energy levels don’t crash throughout the day, but rather, stays sustained and balanced. In my opinion, this preworkout is more effective for workouts blended with cardio and weights than a workout with just weights. Overall, very satisfied and worth a try if you’re looking for a quality preworkout!

Ich habe schon ein paar probiert.Den mag ich am liebsten. Vom Geschmack auch sehr gut.Ich nehme 2 Löffel trocken vor dem Training.Werde ich wieder kaufen.
