AMVR For Beat Saber Dual Handles Extension Grips Compatible with Quest 2/Quest/Rift S Controllers Playing Beat Saber/Gorilla Tag Games

After reading other reviews I was keen to make the most out of these beat saber handles. I bought them to improve my range of swing and get higher scores whilst also making them feel the part. Main issues other reviewers mention: 1. The velcro attachments aren't strong enough so you risk your controller flying across the room and smashing (as well as possibly smashing something else in the process) 2. They are lightweight so feel imbalanced. This is also where I think they are overpriced for some basic plastic inserts To solve the issues: 1. A stack of about 50 x 1p coins fits nicely inside each handle. Taping them up and gluing them in leaves you with a well balanced handle that has real substance and feels so much better 2. I found and bought some re-usable cable ties. The 7.6mm width ones fit perfectly in the hole and cost about 10p each. Using these you get a really strong secure hold without modifying anything. Before each use I test they are holding strong (none have failed yet). You can then release them and get the controller back very quickly and easily. Overall I'm really really pleased to have these. I play Beat Saber a lot and these make it even more enjoyable.

These are great. Kids played with them for hours x have purchased twice for son and grandson and they both love hem.

So, I upgraded from PSVR to Oculus and really missed the wands when playing beatsaber, just found them much more comfortable and had much more movement with them. These are great, advise buying reusable cable ties (width 7.6mm max) as I would not trust my controllers with the velcro ties that come with it!

I got these to improve playing beat saber, not so much to get better at the game but just to enjoy it more. They arrived quickly....were easy to attach and of an ok quality. Firstly i dont like mounting anything to the IR ring but this is the way they attach so that is the end of that. Secondly the make the controllers very top heavy...however i knew this going in and had a solution already worked out. The handles are hollow so i used coins to fill them...adding weight and substance....i taped the coins together so they wouldnt rattle. Im sure there are fishing weights that could be used in a similar fashion, i have to say it made a massive difference to the feel and playability factor....improving it many times over. I wish there was an alternative way of fixing the controller to the handle,if the plastic or velcro strip fails the controller will go flying. Im thinking of ordering a second set....drilling through the bottom and using a strap to fasten straight through the bottom, if i do this i will update my review. All in all its a happy purchase....long term we will see how they hold up to the hours of playtime they will be getting! Update August 2021.... my plan to drill through the handles internal wall and attach using better wrist straps has worked perfectly, now im no longer in fear of the controller coming out of the handle. i can leave the original quest 2 straps fixed into the handles, and use the controllers with third party hand straps while playing other games...then when its time for beat saber....its just a quick batter cover removal, strap swap and away i go. If the manufacturers modify their design slightly these would be perfect, but for now my own modification works perfectly for me and im very happy with my product...so much so im upgrading the review to 5 stars!

These handles are excellent when using in game (esp for gorilla tag as you have longer arms), the only negative is that they are held in place with cable ties and each time you want to change the batteries you have to cut off the cable tie and remove the handles. The same if you charge on a docking station, you have to cut the cable ties off first. It comes with Velcro reusable cable ties but they do not hold the handles on

My son was wanting a set of these for a while. The aim was to stop him from sellotaping deodorant bottles to his oculus controllers to give him long arms, these have definitely been worth the money and he is one happy boy. At first we thought we were one Velcro strip short, but it turns out they were stuck together to look like one.

This product is badly designed, over priced and guaranteed to get your controller damaged! Broke my controller the day this pile of **** arrived. It is absolutely not fit for purpose at all and should not be sold on Amazon. I added an additional security strap to my controller noting the Velcro did not look substantive enough but it still failed and my controller came flying off. Obviously because this accessory is being used as some kind of bat, club etc; However, it cannot take the constant swinging pressure. £70 out of pocket for a new controller - returned this plastic **** the same day it arrived.

My gran got me these and they are brilliant manly for gorilla tag but such an advantage 🤩🤩🤩🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nach mehrern Monaten des Testens gibt es nun meine Bewertung: Absolute Klasse! Die "Montage" ist ganz am Anfang etwas nervig und man muss sich ein bisschen Zeit nehmen. Danach kann man aber ohne viel Aufwand zwischen den Griffen und den Controllern hin und her wechseln. Damit BeatSaber zu spielen ist definitiv ein anderes, besseres, Gefühl. Man kann die Bewegungen viel geschmeidiger ausführen und fühlt sich im Allgemeinen viel wohler als ohne diese extra Griffe. Auch bei stärkerem Schwingen sitzen die Controller fest in den Griffen, wackeln nicht rum und fallen nicht raus. Manchmal fühlt es sich beim Spielen mit den Griffen an als würde man cheaten, da man auch genauer und leichter die Blöcke zerschneiden kann. Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir. Das ist wirklich ein Zubehör, welches sich VR und speziell BeatSaber-Spieler besorgen sollten. Ich habe den Kauf nicht bereut!

These work great for long arms in gorilla tag. Easy to put your oculus 2 handles in and good grip.

I am an avid Beat Saber player... This is by far the best handles that has not broken off at the seams... yet (lol). Feels great holding and handling, especially during fast, immensely crazy, wide stroke movements, without having the fear that the extended part holding the controller will break off.

Los necesitas para jugar al Beat Saber, hazme caso, tu no lo sabes pero una vez que los has probado, no sabrás jugar sin ellos. Aporta mucha mayor satisfacción en el juego y la experiencia se hace más real. Yo no me lo pensaría ni un segundo.
