Screen Printing Photo Emulsion and Diazo Sensitizer (250ml)

.I don't usually ut I wanted to share my experience. Despite reading some of the negative comments, I decided to try this emulsion and it has worked amazingly well for me! There is a really useful guide included with the emulsion which also recommends that you read their blog on exposure ( I did and found both really helpful!). I realised I needed to invest in a proper UV light , which I did. Using this and the guide provided on exposure times/setup it all worked perfectly. Figuring out photographic exposure is not easy with so many things that can affect results. Flat Fox has really included as much information as possible to make this process easier and it's worth taking some time to read through it. I honestly think that if this emulsion didn't work for you, you're most likely using the wrong light or exposure time.

Brilliant stuff, so much better than other brands. Went on so easily without dripping and coated so evenly. I used a squeegee too instead of a the proper equipment and it still turned out perfect. The owner is great and more than willing to help with anything. Lots of process videos and advice available on instagram. Bought inks too and they’re just as good! Will be buying from them from now on

It peels off easily but it does the job otherwise.

Doesn’t work at all, I’ve been screen printing for 6 years! No matter what I do this product just washes completely off of my screens. Yes I’ve mixed it during that process I noticed it was a little too thick, didn’t think anything of it and carried on. 4 attempts later it just washes of completely. Don’t waste your time with this.

Product arrived on time, safely packaged with a cool octopus print box. The diazo additive was attached to the tub of emulsion with elastic. I followed the easy instructions to mix the emulsion then coat and expose the screen. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I also ordered ink and would happily recommend this supplier to others.

Great product easy to mix does seem a little too thick but other than that works great

i've had some great results and some bad ones. we did exposure calculators and have an exposure unit. we ended up opting for flatfox diazo version that you mix yourself and have had much better consistancy. it could be something we did or sometime we didnt so will give it 4 stars based on the times it did work. it also didn't have a shelf life as stated.
