It was goof

Product turned out to be superb! The glasses are exactly what the picture showed. Was not disappointed will but again if needed

There was a problem in the original shipment. I contacted the seller. Here's what my grandson wrote on receiving another package: "10/10 on their part.That’s great customer service from that company; wow. " And he likes the glasses.

The package arrived with broken glass because the Amazon delivery driver threw it at our front door. I contacted the seller and he replaced it without hesitation. 5 stars for great glass and even greater costumer service.

I ordered a set of 4 and only 3 came, and of the three sent—1 was broken. I paid for 4 and got 2 functional glasses. I’m just confused mostly.

Love it

At lunch we fill them up with Iced Tea.Before Dinner they are great for gin and tonics, andafter dinner we may make an occasional Ice Cream Float.

Look just like in the picture, and if this kind of thing is what you want I feel 100% sure you are going to be happy with these.
