Love this!
First tool of this kind that I have used. It’s very easy to operate and change out the end. The cutting discs it comes with are pretty flimsy, but I found some better ones at the local hardware store. I also purchased the Dremel carving and engraving set for use with this black and decker, and it works!

Great tool, though I wish the heat didn't vent right where it's most comfortable to hold.
This is a nice little device. I bought some fiberglass-reinforced cutting wheels as well for it to cut acrylic. It does a good job. The only major gripe I have is that the heat vents out right towards the top of the handle, which is where I think you get the most control. So when I'm trying to cut something precisely, I have to remember to choke down a bit away from the bit, because I would naturally hold it closer to the tip to control it better. The battery also isn't super impressive. It went out on me after only about a half an hour. Honestly, I'm not going to use it for much longer than that anyways, but it just felt kind of short. Overall, I'm pleased with it. It does a way better job than just about any other tool I've found at cutting acrylic!

Best purchase ever
My husband has been wanting one of these forever. I looked all over and found this one. The battery life lasts a long time. It is rechargeable. Has a lot of attachments. My husband actually uses this for his nails and feet.

Love the Versatility
I bought this to enlarge the hole into which a bolt goes but I've found many uses for it since then. I mulled over my choices for a long time and I'm very glad I chose this one.

Power button goes out easily
I'm a dog groomer about 5/8 dogs a day 5 days a weekThis is the second one I've had in less than a year and the first one I was able to return and exchange because it was only like 2 months old this one is less than 6 months uses on it(out on maternity leave for 2 months) and the same problem with the power button going out and I can't exchange it because it's already a replacement..When it turns on it's amazing and I love it, but can't get it to work 90% of the time would like a refund if the right people see this
