Adore Semi Permanent Hair Color, 198 Powder Blue, 4 Fl Oz (2 Pack)

The first time I tried this hair color, it turned out more teal than expected.. though I figured that might happen since I had only lifted my hair to about a level 7. On my second attempt, I was able to lift it to a level 8 and finally achieved the color shown in the photos. Yes, the color in the bottle looks purple, but as long as your hair is light enough, not gray (gray doesn’t absorb color the same way), and not overly damaged, it should turn out beautifully. Just follow the instructions and trust the process. Note: only the money pieces in the front were done with this hair color.

I love this brand of hair dye! I diluted mine with some cheap conditioner and applied it on dry bleached hair. I do find that if I use this dye alone it’s a bit drying. As for longevity it’s comparable to most semi permanent dyes but for half the price!

I've had great success with various Adore reds and oranges in the past, so I thought I would give this a try, as I wanted to give powder blue hair a try. Right out of the gate, I had doubts. When I opened the bottle, the color inside was dark purple, not blue at all. I know this isn't always indicative of how the color will come out, but just to be on the safe side, I poured out the amount of color I wanted to use, and mixed it with an equal amount of white colored conditioner, in the hopes of lightening the color a bit. While it did lighten up the color, it still did NOT come out powder blue. Instead, it came out a light, bright purple, and even though I applied it evenly, the results were patchy, at best. I was able to remove it from my hair quickly, and without damage, but I remain disappointed. From now on, I'll stick to the Adore colors I know!

I really want to leave a great review since this is the first greyish color that actually showed up on my hair, but even though im blonde, it washed out after one wash and I was unable to get all strands covered (used a hair coloring brush). But the price is good, just wish it would stay on longer.

its nice and smells good. colors nicely. good value for the money. ill try the pink next time.

I’ve used other colors looks good for temporary time

Easy to use and one bottle covered a lot. I had bought two just in case but now I have an extra for touch up. The powder blue is a silvery blue and hint of purple. I love it!

I wanted a subtle lift to the color of my white hair, so instead of using this as a straight dye I created a post-shampoo rinse (2 cups water +1/4 bottle of Powder Blue). It turned out great--better than expected. Instead of flat-white, my hair is now shiny-silvery. Happy! 😊

Es wird nicht Blau und schon gar nicht Babyblau. Ich bin Friseurmeisterin und kenne mich gut aus mit Direktziehern. Schon beim Öffnen der Flasche war ich skeptisch. Habe die Farbe auf ein frisch blondiertes, weißes Haar aufgetragen und es wurde violett. So sah die Flüssigkeit auch aus. Wer also Blau oder Hellblau möchte, sollte diese Farbe nicht verwenden. Der Roseton ist sehr schön!

Use to dye my hair blue and it was good for 2 wash then my hair color turn out to be this weird green and blue mixture. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Nice alone and adds a nice smokey tone to other colors when mixed
