Worked Perfectly!
I wanted to try this instead of corn starch and it was lovely on my taiwanese popcorn chicken! Will definitely be ordering again.

This Starch Works great for maintaining Bloodsugar throughout the night.
Works great to keep my blood sugar even. I run low, and it messes up my sleep, so I have been looking for a starch that is palatable and does the job. This works. It doesn't spike it. Flavor neutral. I mix it with some oatmeal during the day, and a flavored milk right b4 bed. Adding it throughout the day does make your poo a bit sticky as a lesser evil downside. Good Luck!

A good thickener
Cool stuff for gluten free breads. It's a nice thickener for puddings and gravy and sauces.

Thankful this is available online
I have to drive about a half hour to my nearest Asian food store, so it’s very convenient buying this here. I use mine for Taiwanese style popcorn chicken. (The delicious street style chicken you find at your local Quickly boba shop.) it comes out perfectly crisp, with a great texture. I need to start using it for other things too!

Now I’m gonna tell you something… this sweet potato starch does add unique different flavor other than a cornstarch. I saw it once on an Asian cook show with fried chicken and decided to try it and have absolutely no regrets. It has significant health benefits you need to read up on as well. The one that attracted me the most is the benefits to gut health ❤️... this is one of my favorite new foods…… and that’s all I’m going to say about that❣️

Good alternative to potato starch
I regularly use this sweet potato starch in cooking, especially if I am cooking for someone who needs to avoid potatoes, since sweet potatoes are not at all related to white potatoes. The package is good, although having an ability to close it securely would be helpful.
