The BEST Semolina on the market!
Excellent semolina. Very Fine, not coarse. Great for adding to all types of doughs as well as dusting pizza peels to prevent sticking. The BEST!

Great choice.
Just got an outdoor pizza oven and knew I needed either corn meal or semolina to make sure the pizza slides off the peel. I've used corn meal when I was just making pizza in my kitchen oven and thought it was a little too thick. So I tried this, and it worked great. A little goes a long way and my pizzas slide right off the peel! I may not be that good at making fresh dough, or getting the dough into a round shape, but it slides off the peel... Great choice.

As expected.
My son turned 13 this past weekend. He asked me to make revani for his birthday. After googling and finding a feasible recipe, I ordered this seminola. It is a super fine ground and the cake came out beautifully - it results in a different texture than just all purpose flour - but is still soft just more dense and a bit grainier - almost like cornbread. We have shared with family for his birthday dinner and with our neighbors.
