Is this pretty stable or does it fall down while playing?

This did not fall down while playing. My extended family (kids and grandkids) played this game on our patio and enjoyed this game a lot.

what are the dimensions when assembled?

Maybe 2’ by 3’. I gave as a gift and was disappointed when I saw it set up.
