Weightlifting Grip Gloves with Silicone Patches

i do like these a lot, though you cannot use these for kettle bell or kettle works, strength yet

It was like nothing was even on I think I got more caluses then when I wore nothing not worth the price the gel grips were as flimsy as glitter. Don't waste your money

If you prefer your gloves not to have any padding but still want to be able to grip the bar (for pull ups, dips, deadlifts, bench press, etc.) then these gloves are perfect for you.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinions. Cheap material and poor quality.

These gloves are functional AND they look really cool...like boxing wraps. The grip dots are awesome because they truly make me feel that the bar bell is secure when I'm lifting. They cover only the most important part of my hand for lifting, so my hands don't get hot like they do with my other gloves.I also used them at hot yoga where my hands sometimes slide out from under me if the room gets to hot and humid. They worked perfect and held my hands firmly in place. A couple of my yogi friends saw them and want a pair!The medium size fits me and I'm an average sized fit woman around 120 lbs and medium also fit my son who is 6 ft tall and an 176 lb body builder. I haven't washed them yet but the nylon fabric seems easy to wash and air dry just like my yoga towels with the grip dots.I received this product at a discounted price for my honest and unbiased review.
