Absolutely love these buddies
Fit ears perfect the seal it gives is excellent, easy to use putty buddies are the only brand I use for myself and husband, both of us have issues of different nature with ears and can not allow water in them, can swim, shower, bathe, soft mouldable silicone , each one lasts for many uses ,

Not always 100% reliable. My little girl needs them. Fair price though.

Doesn’t work
Bought as I have a perforated eardrum. Followed instructions and it leaked immediately when trying to take a shower. Very disappointed
