Easy setup simple to use. OBS compatible
Very useful and very good to use for OBS just assign it to your camera support and go to advanced properties in audio support tab and turn on monitor to hear any and all audio from it. I have a feeling I'm going to be using this for a very long time.

Didn’t work properly
If u are not familiar with capture cards I would recommend to pass on this. It may look cool and may read it’s awesome. But personal experience I had issues from day 1. My screen would go black and my capture card would lose connection randomly and I would have to unplug everything and plug it back in just for it to work for 30 mins. The audio was dim. Even with the audio setting all the way up. I had to wear ear buds and wireless headphones over then just to get game audio and voice chat to work. I worked on it for 2 weeks and had no solutions. I returned the product 1 month ago and still no refund.I couldn’t find any help online for set up tutorial and audio issues so it could have been just me. I tried it didn’t like it. Now on to better things.

One Of A Kind
One Of A Kind at the $129 USD sale price. My use is for PS4 pro plug n play Streaming & Capture as seen in Attached Image.PROs: 1- This allowed me to use my headset mic for Party/Game Chat and Stream Chat. 2- Allows me to Stream & Capture up to1080 @ 60fps while Displaying/Playing/Passing Through 4k @ 60fps on my TV/Display since I am using a PS4 PRO which my Elgato HD60 PRO limits the Displaying/Playing/Passing Through to 1080 @ 60fps even if you at using a 4k TV/Display.CONs: 1- The Pass Through audio at MAX Input & Output volume is noticeably lower on my headset than when I plug my headset directly into my controller. 2- On OBS you may have to change/tweak the Color setting a bit base on your preference if needed.OVERALL: I think that this product has great potential providing that the Pass Through audio input/output is improved upon hopefully via software update if possible.

Been using it for around a year now.
I use this for every youtube video I record. The quality it can record is 1080p which is as good as you can expect from this price point. It's easy to set up if you use OBS to record. It has a chat mixer that you can change the volume of your headset and other people talking :)

Works exactly as described
This device works exactly as they say it will. The added benefit of having 4K pass through without having to disconnect cables is amazing! Obviously you can’t capture at 4K but you can simply press the knob AND set the device to 1080p and then you can capture. I noticed no display lag when capturing. I hooked up a Kinivo HDMI switch before this on the input side so I can now capture a Switch, xbox, or the PC (screen 2) without having to swap cables around. The RGB is nice and it has a mirror finish on top.The only cons I can think of is the device is kinda light and plastic-y. It doesn’t feel like it’ll break so that’s not super concerning to me.Also, It does require 2 USB ports, one of them at least usb3.0 (3.1 or 3.2 should work fine as the USB group hates it’s customers with the constant renaming of the same ports!)At the $99-$129 price point it can be found for it is an amazing deal!I’d not hesitate to buy another to use as a dedicated camera capture when I upgrade from a webcam to a DSLR or similar with HDMI out.

A huge hassle to get working.
I nearly sent it back it took days to get it to work properly. It works now but if I could go back I wouldn't have bought it.

Well...
It this a cheaper version of the razor ripshaw indeed. For more in detail review youtube videos has it covered . But if u hate using cable splitters when gaming on console than this will due. I still am pro elgato but this does what it is meant to do. One very annoying feature is even though you do not have the mic plugged into the mic port it will still capture the mic sound and sent it through stream or even game which is very weird and inconvenient.
