Our 5-MTHF comes from a glucosamine salt versus the calcium salt many competitors use because the glucosamine salt has far greater water solubility. The oral bioavailability of an active ingredient is highly dependent on its solubility.

What's the difference between 5-MTHF, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, and methylfolate?

5-MTHF, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, and methylfolate are all different names for the same nutrient that is in Vimergy 5-MTHF. Vimergy 5-MTHF provides a highly bioavailable and absorbable form of 5-MTHF/methylfolate with a further enhancement of B12.

Vimergy 5-MTHF has B12 in it. Do I need to also take Vimergy liquid B12?

It's not intended to be a replacement for B12 supplementation but rather a special synergistic enhancement to the 5-MTHF. If you are wanting to supplement B12, we highly recommend still taking Vimergy B12 liquid.

What does DFE stand for?
