I used this Chefmaster Coal Black Liqua-Gel food coloring for buttercream and cake batter, and it worked really well. Best black colouring I've ever bought. This stuff is intense and BLACK!!! No more gray colour in my icing or ice cream. And you don't need a lot. I probably used way more than I needed to the first time I used it. I will only buy this brand for black food colouring in the future.
