Great to help prime a pool pump - worth the cost!
We observed a pool technician using the drain jet to help prime our pool. Our pool equipment sits higher than the pool and it is sometimes a challenge to quickly prime the pumps. We tried a less expensive version but it did not work well and then purchased this brand which is what the pool tech used. What a difference, it works great every time. I wish we had know about this years ago. Definitely worth the cost, especially if your pool equipment sits higher than the pool.

Waste of time and money
It didn't unclog the problem. I wasted days and days waiting for the product and more days trying to make it work. It didn't. I had to dig up the yard and remove the clog. Don't waste your time and money.

It really works!
This item worked great! I had a call into my pool company because the water pressure was extremely low. One of my skimmer doors was barely opening and wasn’t pulling anything into the basket. I took a chance on purchasing this while I was waiting for them to schedule a service call. I had watched a number of videos on YouTube. How hard could it be?... I used it on both skimmers, inside of the pool pump, and the in floor cleaning system. Now my pool is actually cleaning itself, the water pressure is great, and the skimmer doors are completely open. I’m sure I saved myself a few hundred dollars!

Worth a shot!
I gave this a 4-star rating because I didn’t accomplish exactly what I need; however, I am not a pool plumbing expert and this could totally be a user issue. I was trying to save a little money and unclog the plumbing lines for an in-ground pool on my own. I definitely cleaned the lines a little, but I think I need a professional to make it perfect.

The only Hydro flush that worked.
We tried three different Hydro flush products. One of them just came apart, another didn’t do anything, but when we use this one it worked perfectly. It was made much better and was more pliable. Highly recommend it if you have any kind of plugged drain issue. We used it for our pool. We couldn’t be happier.

was better than of bladders for the pool , but could not g around the, do not know why it is so expensive.

Great product
Got it to clean out my pool returns. It work as expected but it just didn’t resolve my issue. I think I’m losing pressure on my pump.
