Do the 10 mg softgels work as well as the gummies or better?

Hello, OLLY here! The softgels are going to be stronger than the gummies, however, more melatonin does not always mean that they will be more effective. You will have to determine how much melatonin is right for your body.

Does capsule have 6 mg or 10 mg per serving (2 capsules)? Top description says 6 mg and bottom explanation says 10 mg. Which is it? Thanks!

How much magnesium is in per capsule?

Is 150mg per serving and the serving is 2 softgels, 60 softgels per container. 4,500mg magnesium per container.

Why does the front of the bottle say 10mg melatonin, the label on the back says 6mg, and the Olly rep in the questions list its 3mg per serving?

The front of the bottle says 10mg because a serving is 2 capsules and contains 10mg.
