Update: I'm purchasing another one but in the small size this time compared to the medium one's I bought before, I noticed that they stretch out over time but I do use the product on a daily basis. At the moment there a bit to lose for my liking, but still recommend the product. Just keep in mind they do stretch overtime with use. Plus keep in mind I am really skinny with a waist seize of 30in.I bought this on a whim. My issues is I have double knee, femur and hip replacements with a lower fused back. l had multiple surgeries on my left hip with my ortho trying different hip implants but my hip kept popping out. I have a great ortho doc the I I've known for over 20yrs and always has been sraight forward with me and always listen to my concerns. I've know I him since I was 15 I'm 37 now. I do have a bone condition that started in my knees. Before my last surgery in in Feb 2021 I was searching for hip braces for my hips. The ones I found only covered 1 hip. I needed one for both hips. Mind it both hips where out of place. I found this one and tried it as a experiment and the price was great. The 1st one I ordered was to small which was my mistake, so I went to the small size to the medium sized. I don't wear it as pictured, I wear it more like a belt. So far good, it's been keeping my left hip in place with the help of my muscles getting stronger and if it does slide out the belt keeps it close to my hip joint to where I can pop it back in place. Less and less my hip isn't popping out. My ortho doctor loves it. I wear it all the time, even at bed time. I even order a 2nd one for backup. As I'm writing this my ortho is planning to finally to do my right hip to put it back in place. This is my experience with the product, your mileage my very but I recommend it if you need support for your hips, exspcealy if you have hip replacements.John

It works as in the way it supports the pelvis and the back. However, if you try to sit down, the band digs in near the hip because it's too wide. If they could make it a bit narrower, it would be much better!

It's strong and durable

It does support hips by tightening the area so I can fill my pelvic area alignment better. Definitely I’m going to use it for my exercise!! Great!

Very disappointed in this product. I am very badly in need of a product just like this for pain relief and support, so I had high hopes. When it arrived, I opened and package and was hit with a horrible, noxious chemical smell. I couldn't be near it without feeling sick, and moved it to another room to try to air out. So far, the smell is still very much there. Cannot even try the product on my body!Not sure what they did to this/what material they used makes it smell like this.

When you put this on the support and lift is perfect. If it would stay in place I'd rate this 5 stars without hesitation. I really like that tis SI belt has 2 support straps, but the bottom on slides up with movement, and pretty quickly at that.
