This is a great item for women who have trouble “holding it”. It helps with the kidneys and bladder and helps control the holding issue.

Read many reviews before purchase, most saw improvements. Some didn’t. I happen to see improvement from day one. Really alleviated urgency, I can definitely live with that. Taking one pill in AM & sometimes taking one at PM, sometimes I forget. I would suggest giving these a try it might be worth it, I know it was for me. I also think the price is very good.
