RockTape Original 2-Inch Water-Resistant Kinesiology Tape

Great tape! Suffered severe ankle and foot sprain and still need to tape one area. Ran out of this and bought another brand at local drug store. I noticed lack of support and how it couldn't survive one shower. This stays put, provides great support and comes in lots of fun designs! Hey, if I have to tape an injury, I might as well have a bit of fun with the colors!

Best tape I have found out there.. and I've tried a bunch. I have a significant shoulder injury and my physical therapist gave me rock tape. It was great! gave me the support I needed and lasts about 24 hours if you don't sweat too much during the day. For workouts, it still very resistant and the edges don't peel like most others do. Price is pretty good and lots of fun colors!

Okay, so I had never heard of Kinesiology tape before, but ran across it while I was looking for something to help me with Tibialis Anterior Tendonitis. I read about it and watched a few videos and thought, okay, I'll give it a try. I really didn't expect a lot, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it actually does work. Now that I know what it is, I see it all the time on TV. The dancers on So You Think You Can Dance use it a lot and now I know why. If you have some muscle soreness or tendonitis injuries, give it a try. I'm glad I did. I feel that it was a huge help in getting my tendonitis pain under control. If you decide to try this tape, go watch some youtube videos on how to apply the tape correctly for your condition. Youtube videos helped me a lot.

I received my tape in very timely manner which was fantastic. I had my coach tape my arm tonite at Crossfit...all was well until i started sweating...within my 6 minute warm-up the tape immediately started to peel up off my arm...the tape was great while it was sticky, felt relief ....we re- taped for the WOD...and it did it again...i made sure my arm was clean and i didn't use any lotion...incredibly disappointed, completely unsatisfied at the moment. Update to review...6/20/13 I sent an email to rock tape...and received a response late last night from upper management. They are sending me a return mailer...and sending me a NEW roll. They are fantastic with their customer service! And i am extraordinarily happy with the positive response and willingness to make their customers happy!

Used this to tape to tape my chest up when I had to go braless in a deep v cut dress. I need tape that was both strong yet gentle. Strong because I'm super italian and I'm basically always sweating and gentle because I have very sensitive skin. This tape held me up for the entire night, wasn't itchy, didn't budge once, and was actually really comfortable. When I got home I grabbed some olive oil and applied it onto of whatever tape strip I was lifting up and it came off easy breezy. Amazing stuff.

The adhesion is not as great as it used to be. Unless I received a defective roll. It supports great and I like the thickness of the tape, the adhesion is not so great, at least with this batch I received. Will try again just to make sure.

I've had leg pain for 8+ years. Did Rock Tape cure it... of course not. But I have tried different tape products and I must say Rock tape is worth the extra $. The tape itself is a little thicker than other Kinesio tape, but still breathes. It has a perfect amount of tension. The product has a pretty good glue on it so taht it sticks and lasts through water. While I don't know that I could swim miles with this tape on and still have it stick, it did survive a couple showers and 2-3 days of continuous movement. Last but not least, if you have to wear tape, why not have it be interesting. I've purchased skulls, bio hazard and blue argyle as well. I'd recommend this product.
