Arrived earlier than expected which i was so happy about as I bought this for my chihuahua as he in palliative care for mitral valve disease and collapsing trachea... so he coughs and sometimes that restricts the oxygen for him.. so was advised this would be a good idea to have around for the times that it's bad and he's lacking that oxygen temporarily. I was getting him used to the mask but he really wasnt bothered by it so i done a couple of pumps ... everything seemed fine... I've not used it when he's having a coughing episode as only delivered today so I can't comment on how it helps as yet.. but its compact, lightweight and small .. perfect for taking with him wherever he goes ! Happy so far! Update: The times I used it... ( I ended up needing and ordering a 2nd) I felt it really helped my dog, it contributed to giving us more time together until the end and for that im extremely grateful and found it so very much worth it, I found that turning the mask upside down on him was better.

This was part of my second order from this company. I bought 2 x 22L canisters some time ago and need more now, so I ordered 4 x 22L again (which they upgraded to 4 x 35L at no charge - see my review). The whole consignment arrived the next day (even though they don't advertise a next day service). I later called them with a question about their 15L canisters, the answer to which you should know about. I got straight through to a courteous guy (no machine step). I worried that the 15L canisters might be empty as they were absurdly light when compared to the 22L and 35L canisters. He explained that the 15L canisters contain 15L of compressed 02, i.e. it's still in gaseous form inside the canister. And that's the most you can get inside and ordinary reinforced tank . The 35L tanks contain liquid 02 inside a heavy duty reinforced tank so the weight of the extra 02 is only part of the story: the tank itself is heavier and it contains their patented valve system. I thanked the guy and mentioned that my canisters had already arrived - I wasn't expecting them for two more days - and he said they were overnighting as many orders as possible at their own expense - maybe only larger orders like my 6 canisters, I don't know - to ensure people received their 02 promptly. All in all, excellent experience. As I said in my other review, I couldn't rate this outfit more highly.

I bought two of these canisters recently; the first I returned because the trigger on the canister did not deliver the oxygen when depressed, but did so only 'as & when it pleased'! The second one was doing the same & not releasing the oxygen as it should, but doing so in very tiny amounts! I could barely hear it hissing as the trigger was squeezed! This is of no use to me because I require it to deliver the product as & when I need it to. Regrettably, I couldn't be bothered to return this one, also. So I absorbed the loss & threw the second defective one in the garbage where it belonged &, at the very high cost of it, had to absorb the loss myself, obviously, there appears to be an inherent fault in the design in the manufacture of the canisters -- which I had reported to the seller after I returned the first defective one. I won't be doing business with this supplier anymore!

Well. not sure what to say or think. the seller and service is brilliant. the product itself I don't know. I get oxygen now and again for my breathing so thought this will do for home quickly in between. I can put mask on and hold the button down for few minutes but no difference to breathing . it's like breathing normal air in. no relief for me which it should be with oxygen. so in two minds here

Got this as the doc said that my blood didn't have enough oxygen - bought this to see if I could get the numbers higher, it arrived quickly and the reviews almost put me off but thought I would give it a try. The instructions tell you clearly how to use it and basically, it has lasted me 2 weeks so far, and still have approx 1/2 a can left. After doing an oxygen reading (yes I had to buy a monitor too) it was low, followed the instructions - did one pump of oxygen & 6 big breaths, then another pump & 6 breaths - used the monitor and the level was up to 98% and I was happy with that as it was in the mid-'80s. Once finished I will probably need to get a larger oxy-tank. Joys of getting older ha ha ha disgracefully!

Honestly can’t speak highly enough regards to finding oxygen pro it’s helped me get back on my feet . Having been on a chemo drug zoladex due endometriosis a very very painful condition. I was so exhausted day to day was a struggle and being a mum going out places . I was in real deep with chronic fatigue oxygen pro was my lifeline . It’s not to heavy to carry and I ordered the mask so can wear around supermarkets etc . I now follow the company on socials . I am so grateful products like this exists I was unable to get oxygen of my gp so this was perfect before home use .also added in some gorgeous bath soaps just want I needed also 🙏
