I just opened the bag and immediately noticed the positive difference between these and 2 other brands of organic prunes I purchased in the past. These are better. This company sells noticeably better quality products than most of the competition, at least that's been my experience so far w the products I've purchased from them and do appreciate it.

I try to eat super clean, organic mostly plant based foods. I purchased these along with figs, apricots, and dates - all from different companies. I was going for pure with great texture. These may be pure but definitely NOT the texture I was looking for. They arrived kinda mashed up into clusters. I was looking for supple, soft plump and shiny prunes. The kind I guess that get tossed in sunflower or some other kind of oil. Like the Costco brand. I wanted to avoid the oil. But I’m reconsidering because of what it does for texture. These had fine flavor, but nothing outstanding. I won’t be repurchasing these. **** Review update: after posting this TerraSoul reached out to me to apologize for my experience and offered reciprocity. I am AMAZED! I don’t think I’ve ever met with customer service that good in my life.. I will certainly reconsider this brand and HIGHLY recommend them for excellent customer service. They also have not disappointed on any other purchases I’ve made. Way to go TerraSoul!!

I normally love these prunes. I have ordered them many times. But the bag I received a week ago included prunes that were so hard you could not chew. Item is not returnable so I have no way to let the manufacturer know about the issue other than leaving this review sadly. Update: Terrasoul reached out and provided a full refund. I will continue buying these prunes!

Delicious

The bag became bloated. I opened it and found all prunes covered in white dry stuff. What the heck is that? Had I noticed this through the plastic window, I would have definitely returned it. Well, I soaked prunes in a warm water and cleaned them. I will use prunes only after boiling them. I hope, i stay alive.

These are delicious, very fresh.
