Although pricey I find this actually helps with constipation if you take weight loss shots weekly like I do and need a little help keeping things moving. I put a tablespoon a day in a 40oz water tumbler and stir it with an electric milk frother. The water is clear as a bell, no taste, no grit, no nothing but water.

This is, without a doubt, the best fiber product I've ever used. I've had digestive / intestinal issues for over 25 years. I've had dozens of colonoscopies. I've spent thousands of dollars on prescription meds and OTC remedies. I've changed my diet. I'm not saying I'm cured, nor am I saying this is a miracle product, but I AM saying that I've been able to eliminate the need for 'protection' in case of bowel leaks, and I feel much better reducing the cycle of constipation / diarrhea with the continued use of this product. I've used Just Better for about 2 years now. Every morning, a heaping tablespoon in my coffee. No taste. No grit. No thickness of beverage. Can't even tell it's in there. It's not a cure-all, but it's been extremely beneficial, and it's highly recommended.

This fiber is absolutely undetectable by my autistic child. Fiber supplementation is necessary due to limited accepted foods. This kid is very sensitive to changes in flavor and texture. This fiber is truly colorless, flavorless, odorless, and without texture. Since I’m a frugal gal, I tried some other brands with similar ingredients to see how they compare. Some were truly undetectable but caused gastrointestinal distress. I tried to find a less expensive alternative but this is the king of fiber powders. Plus the company is local, happy bonus!

OK So, I just started taking this today. It does not completely dissolve in cold water or a cold sports drink for me it clumped quite a bit pasty clumps, for my second and third doses, I switched to room-temperature tap water, and it mixed much better with almost no clumping. The good news is that there is absolutely no taste, which is great! My biggest critique of this product is the lack of detailed instructions. I followed the directions on the package, but there is no guidance for first-time users. It’s now 8 PM, and I’m feeling bloated, very gassy, and a little nauseous. After doing some research and getting advice, I’ve learned that if you’re new to fiber supplements, you should really start with just one serving and make sure you’re drinking plenty of water. Unfortunately, the package doesn’t mention that. Lesson learned! That doesn’t mean it’s a bad product I think the instructions just need to be more detailed for first-time users so they know to start slowly and work their way up.

I am not somebody who writes many reviews , but I want to take the time to do this one. I’ve been using it for about six months in my coffee every morning. First of all, it dissolved completely and there’s absolutely no way that in coffee. It’s a great way to get fiber in early in the morning. I’ve tried more expensive products, but this is top notch

This is the first powder supplement I have ever used that DOES completely dissolve with no gritty film. There is ZERO flavor as claimed. I put it in my morning coffee and you'd never know it was in the cup. As far as the results go, this pre-biotic started working the first time I tried it, and my bloated feeling is getting better each day. Word of warning though: be sure to use the bathroom after you consume it if you have to be away from a toilet for an extended amount of time because...yeah--it works that fast (I'll let you do the math on that one).

Amazing product! No flavor! Dissolves great! Okay, TMI BUT have to share for the benefit of others!! I will continue to purchase this product as long as it is made. Due to health issues my regularly in the bathroom is well, not regular at all! And hard to describe! Get it?? HARD? Okay you get it! But.... all I have done since day one of receiving this product is stir 2 level tablespoons into my coffee 1st thing in the morning and wa~la.... I poo 💩 like a regular person 2x a day. No more problems in the bathroom! It’s hard enough in life when you suffer from a disease that causes bowel problems....or have to take a RX that causes your BM to be hard as rocks!!! I know.... TMI! But when you try a product that actually works, it is something to be happy about! I mean come on people, we all poop..., right? Acckkk! Well maybe you are not if you are reading this!! Lol! I've done extensive research into non-digestive maltodextrin and all the potential health benefits with possible side effects. Let me start out as to the why I was looking to supplement my diet with this. I needed more fiber and active gut health pre/probiotics in my supplements for my daily routine for one benefit of weight loss among others.. Also, I wanted to help control my glucose and Ghrelin (hunger hormone) levels - non-digestive maltodextrin does this. I also wanted to keep my triglycerides in check again research states this type of supplement does that. I also required; non-gmo, sourced (if possible in the USA), Keto, no taste, no sugar and easily desolved. This product "just better." fit the bill. My problem with this product is the cost vs. serving sizes. If you're using it for weight loss than it states in the serving suggestions - 1 - 2 Tablespoons three times a day, for "tummy troubles" 1-2 Tablespoons per day. I'm looking to use this for weight loss and health benefits at 1-2 Tablespoons 3 times a day this will last at maximum two weeks. This is $35.98 per month! With every single thing costing a lot more these days I can't afford almost $40 month extra on top of my doctor mandated expensive vitamins and eating healthy. Its my fault for not looking at the picture more closely and not relating Tablespoon to ounce to package quantity, but its still expensive for what you get. Plus, either you need to order this every two weeks or buy two each month. Unfortunately, in every other way this product was ideal for me, although I can't attest to IF this particular product works since I haven't used it for more than two weeks (I can't afford it) but, I'll have to look for something cheaper and a full months supply.
