Highly recommend the product, while "refurbished" was in excellent working order, the battery was fully charged, the screen was immaculate, and it arrived properly packed. I would buy from this seller again.

Seeing as this was refurbished I didn't know what to expect. My unit came in pristine condition, though it was not assembled in the rugged case with the stylus, and no packing material was used - it was all chucked into a box... I ended up putting it in a Cooper backlit keyboard case to make a mini laptop. Apart from adding a stylus loop to hold the pen everything worked like a charm. It ran Andr OpenOffice and that was all I needed it to do. The stylus was sensitive and worked well too.

I got this to use as an ereader, because there are no waterproof readers not locked to a single seller currently available - unlocked or waterproof, but not both. I like to read in the bath, and have accidentally knocked my reader off the tray a couple of times, so waterproof is mandatory. I have not tested the waterproofness yet, but the "wet touch" feature, using it with wet hands, has been good. I uninstalled almost everything it came with and took the rest off the screen, then installed my reading apps, no distractors. The Kobo app won't install because the version of the OS is too old, but I have plenty to read from other sources for now. It's heavier than a dedicated ereader, but not too bad. Mine did come in an appropriate case, with a branded wall plug and branded pen, but the pen is not the model that stays in the case - it's too small and falls out. Since I don't actually plan to use it, this isn't a problem for me. If I could give half stars, this would be a 4.5 star rating; I'm happy with it overall, with a few minor quibbles.

Works as it was designed to. Unlike other reviewers, mine came exactly as shown, with the pen and case. I use it in the hot tub / tub / shower for reading eBooks and for light computing and it's perfect for that, especially for the price! Be aware the Android OS is several major versions out of date, as you'd expect (this tablet was new in October 2017).

Piece of garbage. I feel that it's a gimmick. Have to double tap every function and request. Lets you sign into your google account but stops at not acknowledging google assist, nor will it allow you to skip. Can't set time accurately because it limits the list for zones and only does increments of 5's. Screen doesn't scroll up or down. Can't enter setting in order to delete my information, so I can't send back with whatever my info installed (Google account and wifi). Plus doesn't come as shown in image (no cover or pen). Can't adjust anything because of no drop-down nor setting. Volume low. Total rip off. I see I'm out of $50 bucks for this lesson. Only good thing was the quick delivery. Required to give a star in order to submit.

ive bought 3 of these, they are unbeatable for the price great children's tablet very durable. can be reflashed easily and can add functionality, these are old however they are commercial grade tablets so they are great quality and durable mine had no signs of use!

I got the tablet with a pen and a charger, but there wasn't a slot for the pen. I guess that's with the case sold separately... I would also recommend getting a micro SD card as the storage of 16gb isn't a whole lot of space. I already have one, so that's not a problem for me. The pen comes with replacement nibs and a tool, so that's cool. The camera on the back takes decent pictures so that's pretty nice. All in all, I mainly got it cuz I drop things easily, needed a tablet, and have a limited budget..:) It serves all the purposes I got it for, so I am satisfied and keeping it. Hope this review helps you decide if it's one that would work for you.

The tablet looks great. I have a Google account and the tablet says I don’t have access to Google assistant & I can’t get past that. I tried to do a hard reset & it didn’t work. Therefore, I cannot use it yet and have to take it somewhere to have it reset.
