What a surprise. When they arrived the workmanship was checked and they all looked well manufactured. Everything was washed as you should with new towels. After drying, the towels had not lost any of their coloring, no fraying and the seams were all intact. Lots of lent in the dryer vent as expected. All the towels are soft, very absorbent and very fluffy. As I can tell at this time, it appears these are well worth the money. I might just be buying more in the near future.

While these are amongst some of the best bath linens we have ever had, there is what I, at this time, would say is a problem with the washcloths. I believe it to be isolated to certain specific conditions, but neither we nor the company have determined the root cause. For that reason, I would give the product four stars, but, because of the excellent customer support and the company replacing the washcloths, I raised it back to five stars and would raise it to nine stars if I could. These bath linens are stunning. The fabric content is excellent to the touch, feel, and drying ability. Also, these are the first towels we have owned, and we have owned more expensive name brand towels, which during their first few uses, you don’t end up with lint all over you. Now to the problem. We purchased ours in white, but before reading on, be aware that if you purchase a darker color, this may be a nonissue for you. After using the bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths the first time, and be aware, we pre washed them all with absolutely no issue, but when we washed them the first time after their first actual use, they all came out beautiful in their bright white color except for the washcloths, which changed to something between an ivory or tan color. See the photo. One of the effected washcloths is to the right of one of the hand towels it was laundered with, and both are sitting on top of one of the bath towels they were laundered with. This was a first for us. We have owned white bath linens many times in the past and have never experienced such an issue. Based on our experiences with these, we believe it to be an interaction between the bath soap we use and possibly a chemical that was used in the manufacture of the fabric the bath linens were made from. While I will avoid naming the bath soap brand, I will say, it is a popular and highly used brand, and the bars are green in color. That being said, the washcloths did not change color in the shower. It happened during the laundering process, but again, the bath towels and hand towels, which were laundered right along with them were unaffected. This has happened to all these washcloths, which have been used with this hand soap in the shower. However, and quite interestingly, new washcloths, which have been used at the sink with a different brand face soap bar and laundered along with the others have not altered in color at all. This is why we believe it to be tied to an interaction between the bath soap bar and some chemical used in the manufacturing process. I don’t want this to happen anyone else, but with all things considered, we would buy these bath linens again and again. They are still some of the best we have ever used. February 11, 2025 Update - First of all, we still love these bath linens and would buy them again. However, we have new information. I believe we have proven the bath soap bars we used, in conjunction with something used in the manufacturing process of at least this lot of bath linens, to be the culprit. As I alluded to in my earlier post, our bath soap bars are a very well-known and very popular brand. When this issue occurred, with multiple washcloths from this manufacturer only, we were using the soap bar variety, which was green in color, and this discoloration issue resulted during the laundering process. Since the initial post, we have swapped to the bath soap bar manufacturer’s pure white soap bar variety. We selected an unused washcloth from both the original order of bath linens from this manufacturer and from the replacement washcloths they sent us. After multiple uses and laundering, these washcloths remained their original bright white color. While I will not recommend to anyone what bath soap they use or more importantly, not to use, I will say, based on our experience with the washcloths, we will no longer use bath soaps with artificial coloring. I’m very happy with this purchase . I needed to buy a set of hand towels for a gift but wanted to check the quality first . I purchased the 8 piece set for myself to make sure these were going to be soft and absorbent and was satisfied after I washed them . The color is beautiful , and they are well made . The bath towels are quite large and super soft and fluffy . I highly recommend these .So glad I bought

Be sure to wash these separately for a time, as dye will continue to rinse out for several washings, as will lint. That said, these are nice, thick towels that you could spend a lot more for and not improve upon -- such as Lauren and similarly priced brands. I took a chance on these and I believe I got a good deal. They have a little loop attached to one end that could be omitted and not missed.

Best towels yet! They are generously sized, plush, absorbent cotton. I ordered the light blue and the color was spot on. Of course I washed them before use and they come out of the dryer even more beautiful. I like them so much, I ordered another set. Thank you!

Love the towels. They are luxurious! Soft, absorbent. Great product. But please follow the directions. Before you use them, wash them first and only them. Nothing else in the washing machine and dryer. And also per the instructions, do not add fabric softener. They don't need the fabric softener. I was wary about the fabric softener, but the towels don't need them. They are that soft. The reason they need to be washed without anything else in the washer and dryer is because on first wash, they are very "linty." The lint screen in the dryer was full of lint. But White Classic is quite clear about that. It was a surprise, but at least they told the truth. That matters.

Great set of towels. The material feels thick, soft, and luxurious. They dry well. They are a good size and length. They do not have fuzzies that stick all over you and make your nose itch. I liked them so much, I ordered more!

These towels look and feel great. They are used in my guest bathroom and one of my guests commented on how nice they felt. I gave a 3 star review because despite only being washed 3 times since purchasing one has started falling apart and another had a bunch of loose strings like it’s about to. Since they are in my guest bathroom they get light use so I feel like they should be holding up better.

Not the best quality but does it job. Soak up the water ok but its not crazy good.

Love the colour and quality of these towels. They are plush and absorbent. They look and feel good after the wash. I dye my hair black and there are no issues with staining when my hair is freshly dyed and still bleeding a little dye. They’re great.
