Is this definitely a dual voltage curling brush that I can use on a trip to Ireland? Has anyone successfully used this brush there?

No, have not used it in Ireland or anything but 110 power. It says it will automatically change. There is nothing you can manually change. It does have an automatic shut off. So there is obviously an inner brain at work. And the smaller print on handle does say 100-240V AC 50-60Hz 42W. So, 240 volts will work in Ireland. Of course, I haven't tried it but it's been a good brand so far. I would trust it. You will need a plug adapter for their outlets, though.

Is the blue one the same as the pink but different wand size?

They are different. Look at the heads.

I have curly hair but im looking for better and even curls. Is this the right product for me?

Good for smoothing. Most likely good for curly hair. My hair is straight, chin length. I have a perm and I use it to help smooth some of the tight curls. It's to large for me to use any where except on the top and back. Should be great for large curls.
