For the rectanglular box, can you put the whole Kleenex tissue box inside? Or do you have to take the tissues out of the Kleenex box to put in this?

Yes you can place the paper box inside the Acrylic tissue cover but the bottom will not allow the acrylic bottom cover to be used. I would suggest, take the paper tissues out of the paper box carefully, turn the acrylic tissue over and put the tissue papers inside careful and before tuning it over, slide the bottom acrylic cover on, then turn over. You will love them. Comes in 3 colors....I purchased 7 (5 white, 1 black and 1 clear) my wife loves them.
