A very brief review: I have been taking this Benefiber supplement for about 3 weeks and the results have been outstanding. Dissolves easily, flavorless, and the "digestive benefits" have been remarkable. I could not be happier. Definitely recommended, and I'll be re-ordering before I run out.

The product itself is very good. It is tasteless, dissolves easily, and is effective at reducing IBS symptoms. I have taken a star off for the company's deceptive advertising. For many years they listed the number of servings on the bottle which is by definition 2 teaspoons. Now after many years they've decided to start listing the number of teaspoons, which is twice as many as the number of servings. As a result I thought I was buying my usual 124 or 125 serving bottle, and ended up with a container half of the usual. Well technically they can justify that the container now does say teaspoons rather than servings, it is at least inadvertently deceptive even for customers like me who who read labels carefully. There could be no other reason to change from servings to teaspoons other than to give the inaccurate impression of a larger product.

Recommended by a friend and this thing was so easy to add to any drink without it being clumpy or leaving a taste.[warning I get a little tmi right now] This thing got me pooping but like ready, not rushing, and it slips out with little effort what a great product!

My doctor recommended this brand of powder for regularity. I have been right used to using another one, the more popular one on the market, which is not labeled prebiotic. I was skeptical, but I trust my doctor. It was worth it that I trusted my doctor. I would recommend the texture is good. It dissolves.completely and has no flavor. After it's dissolved you wouldn't even know that it's there. I would highly recommend this.

Excellent product: NO taste! No odor! Dissolves easy in my coffee! Effective from the first use. It says to use 6 TEAspoons, however I like to start small to see how my body reacts to new products.
