Absolutely love all the colors that came! I love the variety of sizes. They shipped across the USA with us having 100° weather and all arrived safely. Very active and healthy. Not a single DOA. I have a nice mix of males and females. Extremely happy and satisfied. I did a lot of searching and this is a great value for the variety you get. I know the offspring will eventually turn wild but idc. I just love my shrimp. Just a tip of a first time buyer. I Made the mistake. as first time buyer, with my last shrimp and did not drip acclimate. I used a syringe and slowly added water. And I lost some babies (those were bought from a different seller). But it was 100% my fault. Not making the same mistake. Drip acclimating for 4h before they get transferred. FYI They did not come in dirty water that is food for them in the bottom.

This seller is awesome. Every little shrimpy friend came in alive. It was well packed. The only thing I would suggest is probably stabilizing the packaging so it doesn’t Jos around so much because obviously we all know that once it leaves the sellers hands, the shipping company is not going to hold it and move it around with Care. They’re just gonna toss it around and do whatever but that being said holy crap I was so happy to receive this product all alive and doing well and thank you for putting in some extra ones to assure that your buyer gets what they’re looking for and they have instant replacements if one or two you know go to shrimpy heaven. Anyways, thank you for this great product. I look forward to working with you guys on another little aquatic adventure. I would definitely recommend the seller.

Ordered 10. 5 DOA. all dead within two hours. Water parameters in my tank were perfect. I have no problem with the fact that they were DOA or died. It happens, shipping issues/heat, etc. I DO have a problem in that I got NO RESPONSE attempting to contact them.

I am so impressed with this order. Better than expected. I was nervous having them shipped given I live in Florida and it has been very hot however they did great and the water was kept at an ideal temperature. One shrimp did die during shipping however neocaridina are very sensitive to stress and change so this can happen. However, I did reach out to the seller and they did give a partial refund so I am very happy. Other than that, the shrimp were in good condition, all healthy, and now more than 2 weeks later are all still alive and thriving. There was a nice variety of colors and all an ideal size. Neocaridina shrimp require you drip acclimate them slowly. They can die if this is not done, I saw many reviews saying they died shortly after being added to the tank and this is likely the cause. Be sure you have an established cycled tank and slowly acclimate them to ensure they do well.

Update: After a month, only 4 are left. My two from petsmart, I got about 2 weeks prior, are still happy and lively in the same tank. I had one set of babies born from this group and the mom died immediately after. I can't say this was successful nor any cheaper than buying locally. Sorry, seller, I really wanted to love this experience. Everything was exceptional, except the length of life on my shrimp. I received a 10 mix lot, got 11 and everyone came happy and healthy, except one guy who didn't make it, it happens. I got a nice big mix everything from full colours to rilis. I had no particulars about what I wanted, so I am enjoying the skittles. I did order from ShrimpRack and they were packaged extremely well. Transit time of 3 days. They came with food and a little plant to ride on the way. Water looked clean. I did a tiny drop of detoxifier (recommended due to the trip, so I read), drip-acclimated for a 1.5 hours, and in they went. They are busy eating and moving around the tank now. I have 2 rilis already in there, they were petsmart testers for the water quality, so hopefully the new group will be fine, too, in the long haul. Overly satisfied with the seller. Cost was great, quality is great, appreciate the variety, packing was great, and shipping was great. Zero complaints. Will be back for more for sure! This is my first big batch of neos and I am ridiculously excited! (I also keep my assassin snails with my shrimp, they don't bother them. And fry until they're big enough to go back into the larger tanks.)

I actually got two of the bags for my Biorb Flow, because shrimp are small and the the tank has 4 really vicious (!) neons and had 6 shrimp. I have tons of places where they can hide, but I hoped they would be out and about as I moved my betta Winston (who ate a large one right in front of me) to his own 4gal. tank. He has a mirror, he’s happy. I added some moss balls, and my shrimp are happy. The only thing is they arrived in a box of shredded news papers. It was wet, although I found no leaks, my dog ate some and got ill, and really, not sure why that was used as packing material. Just filthy stuff and hard to dispose of it properly. My only big complaint was, it it took me a long time to clean! I also got a lot of yellow shrimp, which is life, but why so many 5:10? Lost one star over newspaper mess and the yellow over abundance! Otherwise great! So happy they’re all good and healthy!!
