Live arrival with extras, healthy and good variety
I wanted to address some of the other reviewers negative comments. Firstly, these are small neocaridina shrimp, they and their offspring are going to be at risk of being eaten by any fish except maybe otos and do best in a tank to themselves. I was sent a good assortment of juveniles and adults. Juveniles, while small, adapt better to new water conditions. Secondly, tank conditions are so important here. Neos are very sensitive to changes in temperature, water value, ammonia and other waste. They are grazers and will want lots of live plants, algae and decaying matter to pick at. They also need drip acclimation, for hours to avoid shock. They very likely will be shocked if only floated and poured straight from the bag. Spend some time on Reddit and the internet and learn how to care for these living creatures before ordering. That said- I got a great assortment- two deep red Bloody Mary style, two yellow, two Sunkist style, four blue dream, two chocolate and one jade. Some adult, some juvenile. They all arrived intact and alive with some netting for shipping. No extras, but I am an established keeper and didnโt need the samples. Proceed with some reservation depending on your aquarium and fishkeeping experience. Update- 1/19/24 I still have all the shrimp, they are healthy and thriving and now see several berried females. Complements on the colors, many are solid through the legs. Although I know they will revert to wild type after a few generations but I am interested to the combos in the meantime.

They lived !
I'm absolutely shocked that they arrived with not one single dead shrimp in the bag ! I'm also so surprised that they were as pictured with all the colors ! If my other fish don't eat them I will definitely order them again for my other tank.

You need these!
I love all the beautiful colors and patterns! They all arrived alive and wasted no time feeding on the algae that I let grow on tha sides of the tank! They are wonderful-thank you!

No extras in either order, but all of my shrimp arrived alive
I've now had the shrimp that arrived for about 3 months, and while all 22 that I ultimately received haven't seemed to survive that long, I do have a few of my blue dreams breeding and producing more shrimp, a red and white, and about 4 red shrimp left, so I'd estimate that about half have survived long term. My tank has 9 neon tetras, a cherry barb, a banjo cat, a Cory cat, and one of those long, slender catfish whose name I can never remember, so nothing to eat my purchased shrimp. Out of the two separate orders that I placed within about a month's time, I received maybe 3 yellow shrimp, a large quantity of red-orange shrimp, a few true red shrimp, one red and white shrimp, almost as many blue dream as red, maybe one or two blue velvet, and a single clear. As others have said, I received nothing else in the box but the double bag of shrimp with a small piece of plastic mesh. All of my shrimp arrived looking healthy, and within just a few days. I AM pretty salty about not receiving ANY of the other items promised. That counted quite a bit for me, as I expect to get what's advertised, especially when online shopping relies heavily on trust, so that's why I removed two stars. I expect to get what's advertised, and while I'm pretty happy overall with the shrimp that I received, I AM very annoyed that NONE of the other promised items arrived in EITHER order. I gave them two chances to get it right, and they didn't, so they're clearly selling their shrimp with no intention of including the other advertised items. For me, that's pretty shady. Good shrimp, poor business practices.

Lovely Shrimp, unwanted snails
All 22 shrimp arrived alive and healthy! They were wrapped in double insulated bubble wrap. Lovely mix of Neos! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the shrimp came with a few bladder snails! Luckily my tank is already full of them, but for those buying for the first time, be aware of these snails- once you get them in your tank, they will breed endlessly.

All alive and well shipping to Alaska
Im in Alaska and its April, all shrimp arrived alive and well. The water in the bag they were in was very cold, but i slowly warmed them over 5 hours and they all did wonderfully. I was skeptical ordering live shrimp from amazon considering my location, but was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely order again and will be recommending this seller to my other aquarium enthusiasts.

Very Impressed!!
I am so impressed with this order. Better than expected. I was nervous having them shipped given I live in Florida and it has been very hot however they did great and the water was kept at an ideal temperature. One shrimp did die during shipping however neocaridina are very sensitive to stress and change so this can happen. However, I did reach out to the seller and they did give a partial refund so I am very happy. Other than that, the shrimp were in good condition, all healthy, and now more than 2 weeks later are all still alive and thriving. There was a nice variety of colors and all an ideal size. Neocaridina shrimp require you drip acclimate them slowly. They can die if this is not done, I saw many reviews saying they died shortly after being added to the tank and this is likely the cause. Be sure you have an established cycled tank and slowly acclimate them to ensure they do well.

Tiny
Received a nice selection of colors, not sure how many were alive or dead. They were so tiny. As of one week after receiving only 3 are alive.
