I bought this bag over 4 years ago. I have used this for daily work and travel. It is a great backpack for commuters as it stores a large amount of items (laptop, headphones, planner, snacks, chargers, etc.) and you can even fit a change of clothes with all of that. I've not had any issues with zippers and it is a light weight back making carrying it easy, even when full. I've also got a ton of compliments on it as it looks high-quality in person. The only issue I've had in the entire time is a few of the threads on the top handle just broke, but it's been 4 years of daily use so eventually threads will snap after that much use. It hasn't prevent use of the bag in any way though so no complaints.

Bought for middle school son. He is 5'1 and fits comfortable with tons of pockets and sturdy. Not flimsy material and nicely made with polished sleek look reminding me of the Japanese style looking book bags.enough padding for laptop and separated from supplies. For middle and high school recommend.

This backpack really blew me away! I was looking for something neutral in color, durable, something that would hold its shape and stay upright when you set it down, with a spacious, easily-accessible main pocket, a smaller secondary pocket with a flap and zipper, and side pockets on both sides, and this backpack is exactly that. The main pocket is very spacious and fits all of my daily carry items (a pair of Sony over-ear headphones, iPad, small umbrella, smaller zipper bag with things like chapstick, hair ties, travel nail care, travel hairbrush, emergency deodorant etc.) WITH room to stuff my jacket inside if I get too warm. the secondary flap pocket is perfect for items you need quick access to, like wallet, keys, earbuds case, but not so easily accessible that I'm worried about people behind me trying to get into it without my knowledge. the side pockets are awesome, they have a stretchy material at the top so larger waterbottles will fit easily. All in a canvas-like material that holds its shape and doesn't get all saggy on the bottom like most backpacks I've used end up. I didn't know it came with a port on the side for a portable battery bank and/or headphone wires, an added bonus. the straps are VERY comfortable and don't ride too high like other backpacks that end up irritating the skin on my neck. a nice touch that I didn't expect to like so much: it has two handles at the top; one for hanging it on a hook, one with a cleaner, comfortable finish for picking it up! something I wish it had (but doesn't impact how much I love it): 1 or 2 more pockets/compartments inside. overall VERY happy with this bag!! I wish I could give it more stars, and if anything ever happens to this one, I will most definitely be re-purchasing.

Cons: • Water Resistance: While the material is durable, it’s not fully waterproof. It can handle light rain, but I wouldn't rely on it in heavy downpours. • USB Cable: The built-in charging cable could be a bit longer for more flexibility when charging devices. This backpack works really well for travel. The size is great and fits everything I need without feeling too bulky or too small. The organization is one of my favorite parts. I bought the backpack and added the patch… the backpack so far worth every dollar I paid. it is spacious, good padding interior to safeguard laptop and well made, good stitching and looks expensive. The Patch I got also on Amazon. I started noticing at different places that this patch is popping up everywhere, and I know exactly what it means. The front pocket closes with a zipper and magnet snap to safeguard your items in place. Good back padding. Interior charging zipper pocket-awesome for travel, I use it for nursing school; light-non bulky. Great for the money!!! But it you won’t regret it. You can easily add any patch to give it an extra design. Color and exterior feels rich to the touch. Worth it.
