I love that these vitamins are plant based! They are small gel capsules, which makes them easy to swallow.

i need to take vitamin E or my hands get cracked and dry in the winter, and this is basically the ONLY pill i've found that's vegetarian, has a significant amount of vitamin e, AND doesn't taste/smell horrible. highly recommend!

My dr wanted me to start a vitamin E supplement. Finding one that had clean ingredients was hard to find. The contents are great and not melted together. They are also gluten and other allergens free which I look for. I will be looking into other supplements they offer.

Easy to swallow, good value for high quality product. If you are used to the taste of the regular capsule exterior or the vitamin E liquid inside, this will taste different for sure. Some people may not like it - my kid didn't. But if you swallow it or wash it down, it may not matter
