I have a narrow pinky toe and it fits my toe just right. It doesn't cut off circulation in my experience so I am able to wear it all day with socks and shoes. It is soft and flexible so you need to confirm it stays in place while putting on your sock. Once my sock is on it stays put all day without needing to reposition it. Or I can just wear it comfortably as is with flip flops and no socks. It does what it is supposed to do comfortably keeping my pinky toe seperated from the toe next to it so the toes don't rub together and can heal from the calluses I had removed between them from wearing shoes that were too narrow. FINALLY RELIEF!!

My 80 year husband broke his right great toe and elected not to have it evaluated by medical personnel. It swelled > 50% of its normal size and, obviously was very painful. He later found out it was a very severe break. Needless to say, with no treatment except occasional ice, the toe has never returned to its normal size and it impinged on the second toe as there was not enough space for the two toes. The clear rubber device proved itself to be just the right size to separate the toes and eliminate the discomfort. It was a toe saver for him!

I wear a gel toe separator to prevent the pressure of my big toe, caused by a bunion, from creating a painful callus on the next toe. The 5 Stars United gel toe separator is 1/8"shorter along the length of my toe and 1/4" narrower than the brand I used before. While it is comfortable to put on, by the end of the day my big toe is in pain. This is not the right size product for me. It would be helpful for the Product details to include the dimensions or the product rather than the dirensions of the package. If 5 Stars United makes a larger version than Model # BD14463, I would like to know.

This spacer has made such a difference in my toes. It was getting painful to walk, and my big toe was trying to go under my 2nd toe, but this spacer aligns my big toe. I've had bunion surgery in 1992 and my left foot they only scraped my bone on it and it is giving me more issues recently. This spacer is truly amazing and I'm hoping it will delay any surgery that will eventually be needed. I leave it on all day and sleep with it as well. I haven't worn it in a tennis shoe but I'm sure it will be just fine. It has made such a difference in my walking and standing.

well this is gross but I have a bunion in the early stages. basically your big toe kind of detaches and the tendon moves to a new spot and the big toe wants to grow at a 45 degree angle towards your other toes. This leads to a ton of pain and also your feet can't hold your weight correctly so you get ankle pain as well. It sucks especially if your main workout is running. Anyway, this is a soft gel-like rubber separator that you wear on your middle toe that puts a soft block between your big toe and the others. this slight reposition alleviates the pain of your toe growing in the wrong direction. My podiatrist said this was a waste of time since the bunion is a long term thing you can't change unless through surgery but I decided to try it anyway and it has really helped with the pain, to the point where I barely notice it. the silicon or whatever it is is so soft that you never feel it even if you wear it all the time. Its obviously a little gross so be sure to wash it, but if you have bunion discomfort this is amazing. The only thing I would change is to make the big one even thicker, since I would like even more separation

This item if fantastic. I have spinal cord stenosis. Pain can and does radiate to my little toes. The pain is like someone has set them on fire all the time. If anything touches either tow it’s more painful. These spacers are a God send. I can sleep much better with no pain. Much better than having to hang my feet off the side of the bed.

These work okay. They do flip up sometimes, but even then they are keeping the toes separated. They are comfortable - I wear them literally all the time and don't notice. I wash them in a matter of seconds in the sink with hand soap every time I take a shower and it is no big deal. They are extremely durable and long- lasting. They do discolor over time - they darken. Also, I had hoped they would actually correct the overlap before it got too bad, but after many months they have just kept it from being worse. You could not wear these with flip-flops.

Years old broken toe causing pain and discomfort. It has only been a few weeks and it is surprising that already results have started to be seen and results felt so soon after purchase! Followed manufacturer’s suggestion to gradually increase wear time - no discomfort ( suggest doing same!). Consistency is key. Fortunately these are comfortable enough to wear for extended periods and are now barely noticeable. Pain has lessened and there is actually visible space between the toes now. I would recommend these without hesitation.

The toe holes looked too small when these arrived compared to the ones I was used to but I needent have worried as they stretched and fitted my toe well. I wear one 24 /7 and when I go for a 6 kilometer run every day. I only take it off when I shower every day which is when I wash it as well. They are quite comfortable when you get used to them.
