Best cheese flavor by far
Really a great product, very easy to use and it gave our cheese a very good texture with an amazing flavor, this was very affordable and a great value for make the best possible cheese we could ask for.

Great quality
I used this product ( culture) making a cheddar cheese and worked fantastic. Easy to use since they are in their separate use bags. Ingredients seem to be of quality. The price seems to be about the same as other shops.

It is fun to try for me!
I have not made any cheese with this culture yet. I did make Gouda with the Mesophilic culture, which is ready to be sealed. It is easy to use and make sure that you follow the temps to a tee! I attempted to make mozzarella and I think that I had my milk too warm and it would not stretch.

I'm not sure if we did it right we couldn't make it. My mom is expert on making cheese. We won't try anymore so much time and we failed. Maybe the product works we couldn't find inaught information about.
