I've purchased this close to 50 times now. Doctor's Best is a good supplement company. Good form of magnesium...and it's magnesium, not calcium carbonate filler junk. Pills are on the larger size if that's a problem for you, you can easily snap these in half with your fingers or use a pill cutting tool. Each pill is 100MG a serving is 2 pills, so 200MG. I'm sure you're deficient in magnesium, the majority of the country is, thanks to what they've done to the soil that we grow out fruits and vegetables in.

Don't buy this...as it has very less amof magnesium per capsule..you need to take 8 capsules per day just to reach your daily requirement (minimum 400mg magnesium)
